Little Matlock

The Little Matlock is named after a hidden rock face in the woods of Pleasley Vale — a quiet place known mostly to climbers and local walkers. Like the rock itself, this bag is small, strong, and enduring.

Measuring approximately 23 cm width, 17 cm in height, with a 4 cm gusset, it offers enough space for everyday essentials such as a phone, keys, lipstick, sunscreen, a pen, and a small notepad.

Each piece is repurposed from vintage English saddle leather, giving the bag its own unique character. Marks and variations in the leather reflect its previous working life, adding depth and individuality to every piece.

Part of the Old Heritage collection, the Little Matlock carries the story of leather that has already served well—now beginning a new chapter, in the life of its next owner.

Each piece is cut, dyed, and saddle-stitched entirely by hand.
