Shipping, Returns & Aftercare
All items are handmade to order unless stated otherwise.
Bags typically require around 4 weeks to complete. In-stock items are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Personalised accessories are usually made and sent within 1 week.
Shipping is free on orders over £35. All orders are sent with tracking and may require a signature on delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and labels. Returns showing signs of use will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalised items are made specifically to order and are non-returnable unless faulty. Sale or discounted items are also non-returnable.
If there is an issue with your item, please get in touch as soon as possible. Where a fault is confirmed, I will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Replacements for items made from vintage saddle leather are subject to material availability.
All products are made using vegetable-tanned leather. Natural markings, tonal variation, and the gradual development of patina are part of the material and not considered faults. These pieces are made to be used and will age with character over time.
Bags are covered by a 3-year guarantee against defects in workmanship. If something isn’t right due to how it was made, it will be repaired at no cost. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal ageing.
Beyond this period, or in cases of general wear, repairs and refurbishment are available at a reasonable cost. I’m always happy to help keep your item in use for as long as possible, where possible.
