Leather carving and tooling.

Leather carving and tooling.

My passion for leather carving began with classic Western Films, where I fell in love with the elaborate, hand tooled saddles, belts and holsters worn by cowboys. What started as fascination with silver-scree craftsmanships has evolved into a journey of refining my own skills with this historic discipline. I am proud to bring that same dedication to my New Heritage range.

The latest centre piece is a carved tote bag featuring a free-flowing floral pattern by legendary American teacher and maker Jim Linnell.
Every piece honours traditional western tooling techniques, while serving modern, everyday utility.

Each cut is impression is made by hand, ensuring your bag is completely unique piece of wearable art.

I am successfully expanding my repertoire to intricate Celtic Carvings and Knot work.
